She was very pushy that I should buy it there because at a pharmacy it would cost me $75. Or I can purchase a lower dose of amoxicillin for $35, which would also cost me $50 at a pharmacy should I choose to go there. I barely had enough cash, as they did not accept credit cards, and chose the higher dose as she stated I also had an abscess. It was 2 pills a day. After the 4th pill, my whole body felt jittery, my heart was palpitating, I was restless, I could not sleep. I felt horrible. I called the Dr.s office to let them know I need the lower dose because the side effects of this pill are making me feel horrible and I cannot function. Office assistant said the Dr. would not prescribe a lower dose without seeing me again for a $25 charge and I had to buy the medicine from her for $35. I told her I did not need to see her I just wanted the prescription sent to my local pharmacy so I can pick up there, as I was not close to this clinic.
