This place is very clean and the staff is really friendly. They take walk-ins so you don't have to have an appointment. It is much less expensive than going to the emergency room and they take most insurance plans. It's great to finally have an urgent care clinic right here in my neighborhood! I have been using this Urgent Care for years. I loved both doctors and was always pleased with my care by Dr. Turner and Dr. Webster! I was shocked to find out that both Dr. Webster and Dr. Turner... had left the clinic. What a huge change this made for the worse! They only have Physician Assistants to see patients - not doctors. The manager at the front J.J. was extremely rude when I asked about the previous doctors and refused to turn the TV on so that all of waiting to be seen could watch the game. I had to wait a really long time to be seen by a really cocky PA who didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and just wanted to run my bill up with a bunch of tests.
