In severe (but non-emergent) discomfort I arrived on a Sunday only to be told by the receptionist in a rude and condescending way that I could not be seen. Though I provided my primary care physician's name and phone number (so that they could verify) they refused to even evaluate me based on the fact that I should have seen my regular doctor. That I was there because my regular doctor was not open on a Sunday did not phase them in the least. No chance was given to talk to the doctor or to explain my situation. No history was taken and no benefit of the doubt offered. I would advise people to avoid this place at all cost. They are as unprofessional and unethical a group of health care providers as could possibly exist.
