When I informed the woman on the phone of what my issue is she told me they don't have a general doctor and only deal with STD testing. I find this very confusing since their website clearly states that they offer General medical exams and treatment to children and adults. This is additionally confusing because another yelp reviewer said they turned him away because they only deal with mental health issues, which is clearly not akin to only handling STD testing. I concluded my conversation with the woman on the phone by asking if she could recommend another facility that could help me and she simply directed me to 211, the info line, whatever that is. I am sure this clinic constantly deals with people calling in with general medical issues and it would have been very helpful to be given at least a couple names of other free clinics in the area that practice general medicine. I have never visited the clinic itself and it could very well be a wonderful establishment, but the website is thoroughly misleading as to what this clinic actually does.
