I sat in the waiting room for over 3 and a half HOURS.. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were backed up. However the technician who said they would be working on my vehicle, was inside the store almost the entire time, fighting with the store manager within earshot of customers. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a manager in an establishment. I spent my three hours listening to the manager argue with this employee in front of customers with no regard to privacy. When I finally decided to as the manager why on earth I had been waiting for 3 hours, his response was well we were finishing up some other jobs, did you have an appointment? After telling him that I did have one, he simply stated oh, what car was yours? I explained my car and he went to check, only to come back immediately and say it was coming out now. I was furious at the lack of explanation for why my car took so long for a simple oil change and rotation, yet there was no effort by the employees or manager to even apologize for the long wait. I have never had such a disappointing experience at an establishment before. The unexplainable time, when I made an appointment ahead of time, the unprofessional behavior by the staff and management, and the lack of caring for the customers has lead me to never recommend this location to anyone and surely to never return myself.
