After another 30 minute wait, I was called in. The respiratory technicians, physician assistant, and another medical assistant were very nice until I met one of their nurses. After an injection, I was told to wait until I do a treatment, I asked if I may use the restroom, she stated to WAIT. After a long 45 minute wait, I stepped out and bumped into the nurse and said where are the restrooms, and told her I been in the room for awhile. She gave me an ugly response, You ain't the only patient in her, there are other people here besides you! I gently and respectfully responded that the complaint was not the wait but that I do need to use the restroom, I do have observational skills and can count how many people are waiting in the lobby. I took it upon myself to search for the restrooms, I went to three restrooms (unisex), but they were either occupied for closed for cleaning - so I waited outside till someone came out.
