So I waited. Finally after 6 days I called and they still had no result. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy. I called back a few minutes later. He was very unconcerned with my issue. He said he would have one of the girls call the lab and they would call me back. I waited over an hour and called them and they STILL didn't have the results. About 20 minutes after that, they called back with the results and the test was negative. So at this point, my son was needlessly on antibiotics for 6 days because for whatever reason, they didn't get the test results back. I was lied to on several different occasions and management didn't seem to care. I will never be going back and I will never refer to this clinic again.
