I call today at 10:30am , and the Asst. Manager tells me that something has been going wrong with the X-ray since the first, and she would personally call me back. At 4:24 I decide to call seeing that I have not heard a thing. I wait on hold for 16min and then I'm disconnected. I call back , and I'm informed that they will try and contact the provider and get back to me in the new ten minutes. Either you have the X-rays or you don't. I then ask for a manager, and she says that there isn't a manager present. So I was lied to. Seeing as pneumonia is a serious illness , I would think that they would take this seriously.
