The front desk staff was attentive and helpful, and offering ginger ale in addition to water may be a small touch, but at the moment it made me that much more comfortable. The large flat screen tvs in both the waiting room and the exam rooms are a nice touch, although my wait time was so minimal in both places that I didn't end up watching much. I was brought into an exam room within 5-10 minutes of walking in the door, the medical assistant asked her questions as I expected, and within another five minutes Dr. Constant came in.
