The Nurse Manager of Intermediate Care will be responsible for the oversight of a busy 36-bed inpatient unit. The Medical-Surgical Nurse Manager will supervise 60 full-time employees, dictate patient flow, ensure staff education/training, and maintain the overall quality of the unit.
