Before this place changed to the new ownership I had excellent service. I went since and what I found was it has completely changed. They talk down to you and are not helpful at all. Things that the clinic would do under the previous ownership like renew prescriptions and actually give knowledgeable help and instructions no longer apply. If you do have to go just hope that you won't get a PA by the name of Nancy Marrazzo. Let's just say she needs a few classes on customer service. I went in because I banged up my knee and she was trying to talk to me sitting down in another room. When I asked her to renew a prescription which I have done there multiple times she acted like I was a moron because she said she couldn't do it due to new ownership. She referred me to an office of orthopedic doctors that gave me wrong information and had me walking all over town with a banged up knee to get an MRI. And when the imaging clinic called her she was just a bitch and kept them on hold. And then when I talked to her she had a bitchy tone and wasn't helpful at all.
