My problem is that I visited this clinic in Sept of 2012 I received no bills. I assumed that my good insurance had paid for the visit and thought nothing of it. I moved in June of 2013 without thinking about it again. It turns out, they neglected to send me a bill for services rendered in Sept 2012 until August 2013. 11 months after the fact and two months after I had moved. I didn't find out about this until July 2014 (almost two years later) when a collections agency called me looking for me to pay my $150 bill. My credit score has taken a nose dive and I will likely lose my apartment when this lease is up because this clinic didn't send me a bill until a year later and used none of the many resources (emergency contacts, phone numbers, email addresses) they had in their initial report to try and find me.
