Unfortunately after providing his Cigna insurance card he was told they do not take his particular policy, he called me immediately, and I in turn called Cigna. The Cigna rep was wonderful, after explaining the situation she offered to call the WNY facility. Cigna assured them that our plan falls under their MVP plan. So sad that the WNY employee could not understand this and denied my son service. I am sure there are other facilities that he can go to, but after this terrible experience I am flying my son home tomorrow to take care of the situation.
