My only complaint, and its very small, is when you have a pet emergency, you have to drop the pets off in the morning and he will see them in between his scheduled patients. This is a bit harder to do with small critters that need access to food, water, and hay constantly. We did start taking the pets to a different vet for emergencies who was able to schedule a specific time for emergency appointments, but we did not feel like the level of care was anywhere near as good as Dr. Andersons. Instead we made a small carrier that can have everything the guinea pigs would need for a day at the vet. Still not sure what we would do with the rabbits though.
