So, definitely some shadiness there since she had previously told her staff that she thought the appointment was at three. This is after I had received no less than two texts, one phone call, and one email to remind me of my noon appointment for today. For a doctor that's so concerned with the timeliness of her patients in keeping appointments, she doesn't seem to be much concerned with her own. Her staff has always been very nice, but Dr. Pelini's rudeness has caused me to look for another eye doctor and I suggest you do the same. She will only waste your time.
