That is usually used to describe a situation where the doctor is just non-communicative with the patient. This man was actually rude. I am a person who rarely goes to the doctor and now I will go less. I will never go back to this office. I am in search of another urgent care in the area. As one woman previously said, I will drive to Poulsbo even though it is inconvenient to avoid this office. When you are already not feeling well, this is the last place you want to be.
