I feel that my doctor, Dr. Ali Khan whom only works on Tuesdays is a very thorough doctor who actually listens and never minimizes ones issue. On the other hand, the receptionist(s) are: inpatient, inconsiderate, unprofessional and slow. The nurse staff is: unsympathetic,incompetent, not friendly and just overall seem not to care about a patient. I am not there though to receive a pat on the back from the front desk and the nurse staff and have them pamper me, I am there to see the doctor and since I regard him as a doctor who genuinely cares regardless if you are indigent, medicaid, medicare or private insurance, I will continue to come back. I work in the helping profession too and I understand what it is like to become jaded to other people's issues which is what I think is happening to everyone employed there other than the doctors.
