I don't agree with the other reviews about this clinic. Every time I have been here, I have been treated with respect and greeted with smiles by almost everyone in the office. The nurse assistants are amazing and they work harder than any nurse/CNA/assistant I have encountered in my life. Hundreds of patients come here daily and I always see the clerks and the nurses working in unison trying to get patients checked in and verified. This is my first time getting laser hair removal. This place is great. Their laser feels awesome. You only feel a tiny prick for what feels like less than a second and then it's relieved quickly by a cold gel that feels great. Basically, he needed IV fluids, which should be simple enough. However, the staff had a very difficult time setting up the IV, and after 3 awkward failed attempts gave up. While starting an IV can be challenging on a dehydrated patient, iv fluids is a key treatment for dehydration. I think the doctors and nurses at this center need a good refresher course!
