Upon entering there seemed to be only one other person waiting. I explained what was going on to the receptionist, and she looked at me with sheer fright and bewilderment, and kind of stuttered about getting the doctor to see me very soon. Um, not something you expect at a place that deals with injuries and sick people. She acted like she'd never actually seen somebody ill. Weird. So she shows me into an exam room within five minutes. I ask for a plastic bag because I think I'm going to get sick and again, the girl looks like a deer caught in the headlights. She opens all of the cabinets and drawers in the room, then says she doesn't know where they are. The doctor then comes in with one of those fancy barf bags that look like elephant condoms. I explain my situation all over again, and tell her I need IV hydration. I'm then told they don't do that here and that the website is for all of the locations, but not all of the locations offer all of the services. Wah-wah. I'm then referred to the ER, which is where I end up. Lucky for me it wasn't busy and I was able to get in right away. Long story short, if you have any sort or injury or illness that needs actual doctoring, go to ER. This place seems to be basically geared for routine preventative office visits for colds or the flu.
