My husband had accompanied me and he was seen just as promptly, for the same symptoms. They also gave him the booster shot for hep A. Initially they flat out said they wouldn't give him the booster- they don't do travel vaccines. When he explained he'd come in several months ago for the initial shot and it wasn't for travel, it was because he'd eaten food from a contaminated restaurant, then they relented and said ok.
