My only complaint (which is very minor) would be that the CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) measured my boy's height and weight with all his clothes and boots on. This made him six pounds heavier and an inch taller (it was February and very cold = lots of layers). Of course we were there for flu/bronchitis so this really didn't matter. I would definitely go again if need be.
