She and another person that works I think on billing or something else in the office are constantly having personal conversations in full view of the lobby and not even stopping to assist customers at the desk. I have seen several nurses at the clinic and some are more friendly than others but, they have always been polite and respectful. I have 2 young children that I often have to bring with me since I am a stay at home mom. The nurses absolutely love the kids and make them feel welcome. They have kept an eye on the kids so that I could use the restroom. I can often hear the nurses talking in the hallway which to me is unprofessional but, again that is an atmosphere thing that you can get elsewhere for 3 times the cost. I think there are 3 different doctors there. I have only seen two of them. The older female seemed very rushed and didn't spend much time with me. She didn't even sit down which was odd to me but, she did her job. The younger women is very nice and really takes the time to talk to you and explain what is wrong and what I need to do to get better. I have persistant UTI's and she has given some suggests on what could be causing it (we are trying different laundry soaps and making sure to clean myself after sex and swimming and stuff). I am hoping her suggestions will work but, some women are just more prone to these infections. I can't blame the doctor for this. I am pretty particular when it comes to doctors and I love these doctors. I would prefer a quick to the point doctor that solves the problem rather than a doctor who comes in and coddles me but, doesn't fix the problem.
