I have been at Queensway Urgent Care many times and I was always disappointed with their service. I won't go into details but there is one doctor (tall, glasses) who is terrible. He stitched me up without cleaning the wound (!) and on other occasion he assessed dislocated wrist without even looking at it (! seriously, no xrays, didn't even touched the patient, just told nurses to stabilize it and wait few weeks).
