I have never had a great eye exam until I came here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The office is super nice and easy to get to. The Dr. is very caring and explains everything clearly. In addition, you feel like the attention is on you. It is not like other places where it is super busy and it takes forever to get to you. All the attention is on helping you. I had one negative experience where they did not realize issues with my insurance until after my eye exam, so I had to pay out of pocket. However, the staff were friendly and tried to figure out a solution to help me out. I thought about going to a different place to get a contact lens exam, but I rather have a knowledge person check my eyes. The doctor is amazing. I wish more doctors were like him. He is so sweet, kind, patient, understanding and really listens to his patients. He also is very aware of people becoming immune to antibiotics so he won't prescribe the same one within a three month period. He asks the patient if they want a shot instead of pills (the shot works quicker) but is honest and tells them that it will be painful. He also asks if they want something else like pain relief. He doesn't push anything and is sympathetic. He also remembers patients even if they haven't been there in many months. When I went back yesterday, the same process happened - and he said I was healing very nicely and I could probably go back to running in about 2 weeks.
