The techs are also great, but I find most vet techs are - they work in the business because they love animals. The only reason I am giving 4 not 5 stars is the often long wait times and the sometimes less than friendly front desk staff. We had to take our nearly 15 yr old dog (Ruby) here last night as we were pretty sure her stomach had twisted and she was in pain and dying. The staff was compassionate and quick. We did not want her to suffer anymore. Within seconds of getting there we were in a private room, she had a catheter inserted and we were offered alone time with her before she was euthanized. It was a fast and peaceful death for her and we could not have been more appreciative. It was also surprisingly affordable. I would definitely return here if I had an animal in need again.
