After treating her with a fluid bolus and some meds a blood panel was done along with a test for insulinoma which is cancer of the pancreas. Her blood glucose at that time was only 37 and the test for insulinoma was positive. We chose not to let her have surgery to remove the tumor and instead did conservative treatment. I was able to keep my little girl with me for almost another year after her diagnosis. I just adopted a cattle dog and he will never set foot in this clinic.
