They are very thorough and the wait is always completely reasonable. I have been impressed by the doctors I have dealt with and would highly recommend their services. He noted that my pulse rate was 111, to which he commented eh, that's a little high. For a healthy 31 y/ who is not overweight, that's definitely abnormally high and should be cause for concern. And because I had visited a MedSpring clinic in the past, they actually had records of previous pulse readings so they would know it was above normal for me.
