So I had to go back today for the Dr. To check the TB results which literally takes less than a minute. I made an 8:00 am appointment. I received a phone call yesterday confirming my appointment. I was standing in Front of the place with the Dr. At 7:50. After 2 other staff members arrived they open the doors at 8:00. I was the first person to see the Dr. At 8:45. Yes 45 minutes later and she blames Parking. She left the building from the side door to go find parking. If parking is so bad take the train, bus or cab! Absolutely ridiculous! I feel bad for the staff who then has to deal with the angry patients because of something so avoidable! If your going to give a half ass apology then don't bother. It just makes people more angry!
