Also before arriving to the location I've called several times in advance and the receptionist which was a few where helpful as well. The Walk In Clinic was so helpful. I felt heard and left with a plan. They have great, flexible hours - with our last vet, we had to go to the ER clinic on Clybourn numerous times because our vet didn't have evening or weekend hours. Who wants to pay extra for the ER when you can see your normal vet at 6pm on a Tuesday? We appreciate that so much. This is the dirtiest, trashiest, most vile looking establishment I have ever set foot in! I came here last night because I have strep throat and needed antibiotics. I was scared to death when I went in and saw all the sick coughing people sitting around. The girls working at the desk were all super bitchy and needed to change their attitudes. When it was my turn (after waiting forever) they wanted to send me into a room that a little kid had just come out of after severely coughing in and not covering his mouth. Nobody even bothered sanitizing the room. I kept asking to go into a different room and obviously they had more rooms but were being stubborn and saying I had to go in that one. The receptionist had the worst attitude and kept sniping at me everyone has germs. I ended up walking out because dealing with the employees was like dealing with 2 year olds. It wasn't getting anywhere and I would not put my health in their hands. I cannot even explain to you how trashy everybody was. I would not recommend this place even if you feel like you're dying. I am already scared of doctors and I am even more scared now after this experience. I'm lucky I made it out of there alive.
