The staff was very friendly, and I was in a room within five minutes of walking in the door, and the nurse immediately tended to me. The doctor was in immediately after. Start to finish, I was there for 20 minutes. They called my prescription in while the doctor was still in the room, and by the time I walked two blocks over to my pharmacy it had been filed. I have never received the level of service as I just did when calling for the first time to make an emergency dental appointment. Tanya who answered the phone was extremely thorough, detailed, patient, knowledgeable and friendly on the phone providing me with various options. I started at the location in Washington and have since moved here to Austin I went to the one in Cedar Park a couple of times but found it hard to get to and I didn't like techs there. The central Austin location is waaay more convenient. and the techs are better. The lasers are always up to date and have improved over the years to be less and less painful and more efficient.
