As far as the front desk staff, they were polite to me and I would probably cut them some slack if they weren't, considering 90% of the people they deal with are near hysteria. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a perfect score is that when a guy came in with a baby pig that had been attacked by a dog and was bleeding, they told him they couldnt help him at the front desk. They probably have valid reasons, but this was the guys pet, he didn't know what to do, and everybody in the waiting room wished they could've at least taken a look or helped get it stabalized until he could get it to a vet that does deal with pigs.
