I can't speak for the Doctors at Astoria Urgent Medical Care (cause there aren't any- see below) but everything else went poorly. Nice to find a vet that connects with your pets and not just going through the motions of their job. Superlative! Dr. Mandel is tops in his field. I was nervous, but Dr. Mandel carefully explained each step of the procedure. His strong bedside manner and patience made it easier to get through what would have otherwise been a traumatic experience. His strong command of his craft enabled me to relax. One minute I was chatting, and the next thing I knew, I was waking up. Procedure was complete. Done! Fabulous. Thank you Dr Mandel!
