Upon entering the room, she yawned and stretched in a really off-putting way. There was no introduction - I had no idea what her name was until I saw it on the prescription. (Apparently it was Dr. Yin.) She could barely enunciate and, on top of that, mumbled quietly. Despite my asking her to repeat literally everything she said, she made no efforts to enunciate or talk any louder. It didn't help that she had quite an accent. I had no idea if the consultation had ended or if she was coming back, because she just abruptly left the room. The last straw was when I picked up my prescription: I had specifically told her (and the assistant) that was I allergic to a medication usually prescribed along with the main medication...and yet they prescribed it anyway.
