i have gone to this clinic for years with my two dogs. but on 2/16/16 some has changed. they normally take people in the order they come in. after speaking to girl at desk i realize, she had just started. they in fact to several people before me and another person. when question i was know one client dog was close to dead, and one person only spoke spanish, well i am there because my dog is very. i told them this was not fair and they have never done this like this before. I understand an ill et what about the other 5 clients and to tell me someone went before because they speak spanish what the hell was that. I thought english is the national language in this country. and to skip other people for that reason is craziness. then the guy had nerve to tell me he would refuse me serve because i am calling them out on this the other guy who was latina he said that right. all the people at the desk was latina and mind you there was about 7 people they skip myself and the other lady they then took the guy which was latina that came in last before us. i have been there when there were 50 people or more people and was seem faster then i was on 2/16/16 with 7 people due to fast they took people out of order. i spend over 1 hour 45 minutes in the wait room the other lady waited for over 2 hours. the guy at desk got nasty because of my questioning the procedures. no one should be treated and told someone went before you because they speak spanish come on. the guy stated i was upset because i was in a hurry what did that have to do with me being seen when i was suppose to, like i said i have gone there for years and i know the waited. but to wait this long with so few people is craziness, and the guy take offense and he knew he was wrong and then say he would refuse me serve.
