Terrible. Staff is rude. Long wait times. Security guards are on their cell phones or chatting with peers laughing. Same with police officers. Oh and forget about asking for a wheelchair. There are none in the ER area and you have to search for them yourself, and if you ask for one no one will help or assist. There are 2 computer desks working and fully equipped in emergency room but only one person doing work. All staff have lack of enthusiasm, empathy, no work-ethic, and show no compassion. Zero stars out of five. Having never dealt with this before, I did just about the worse thing you could do of putting a gauze pad on top to stop the bleeding. It was not until later I learned that I should of wet the pad first to prevent it from sticking. The cut was clearly too deep to simply put a bandage, it would need medical attention.
