I have a cardiology grade Littmann Stethoscope which is a very sensitive type of stethoscope and I still cannot hear lung sounds through a sweatshirt. I wonder how many people go through here a day with half-assed medical exams? This place seems to be all about the patient turnover get them in and get them out. It was right after New Year's and the receptionist could have been nicer. Since I went right when they opened (made an appt online) there was almost no wait. Highly recommend Ivy Urgent Care; the staff is very friendly and courteous. Very modern, clean and bright. Doctor Rob is fantastic! I love they have all services under one roof. My son required an X-ray and within minutes his X-ray was complete and we had the answers we needed. All the medications given were throughly explained. Even after I explained that I caught it from my daughter she but you already told me it hurts to look at the light, which she apparently gleaned from seeing me wearing sunglasses as I walked in and then blurting out a question about looking into light, to which I I guess, not really expecting the answer to that general question to lead her to an instant diagnosis of me not having pink eye and referring me elsewhere.
