Desk personnel were efficient and helpful. Though my rapid strep test came up negative, Dr Deutsch gave me a script for antibiotics for later (in case it turned out I did in fact have strep, since I had the white puss in the throat). I thought that was great. However, while in the waiting room, Dr. Deutsch berated a receptionist in front of the waiting room for not remembering his exact credentials. It was embarrassing and condescending, and would have been way more professional had he spoke with her in private. Later, when I heard him reviewing the chart and speaking with an intern, prior to opening the door and meeting me, I heard him talking shit about me self-diagnosing since I came there telling the nurse I most likely had Strep (which I get basically every year). He either thought I couldn't hear him or he didn't care.
