But the woman was very sweet and I do have to admit that the facial was pretty amazing, except for the extractions she did which really hurt. But my skin felt really soft afterwards and even today it feels softer, so they do deserve 4 stars because it really made my skin look better. Overall a pleasant and relaxing experience.
