I experienced a bad ankle injury and went to Manchester Urgent Care to make certain I didn't have more than an ankle sprain/strain. As I entered the medical facility, I was impressed with the receptionist's immediate acknowledgment, concern and professionalism. It wasn't long after completing the required paperwork (medical history, etc.), that I was taken to an examination room, vital signs and x-rays taken. Dr. Paymon Banafshe performed an evaluation, provided x-ray results and advised me on what I should do to treat my ankle injury. The receptionist, nurse, x-ray technician and doctor expressed compassion, urgency and professionalism. Thank you to the entire staff and doctor at Manchester Urgent Care! He warned me that next time there is a deep wound, and the doctor doesn't at least prescribe an antibiotic, you should probably consider going somewhere else.
