Doctor is on emergency call 24 hours a day for emergency care. This is a very unique service for our community. We Serve Los Angeles and Orange County. The only catch is that the MRI had to be schedule at night (after hours for the MRI clinic). I called Ron and he was SUPER helpful with information of how everything worked down there and very reassuring. He said they could get me in the next night and that I could just email him copy of the latest blood work for my dog if I had it (which I did) and any diagnostics so the vet could look it over and see exactly they were looking for in the MRI. Once I made the definite decision to go the next morning I was requested to get to the clinic around 6 PM so the vet could examine her, etc. and get my pet all set for the MRI at 7:30 PM or 8 PM. This meant facing awful Rush Hour traffic (I had to go on a Friday) heading down (a 3 hour trip turned into a 5 + hour trip). Despite leaving LA at 2:30 PM it became clear I would be over an hour late in arriving. I stayed in touch with Ron by text and he was so calm an reassuring about things that it helped me not to stress as much as I ordinarily would have.
