After the doctor took x-rays he said it should only take 15 minutes to get the results back.....1 full hour later......He pops his head back in and writes a prescription for Ibuprofen...We were happy there was nothing seriously wrong, but WHY on earth did it take so long....They tried to make it better by giving us a $5 gift card, but the damage was done...5 dollars does not equate to losing four hours of our life that we can never get back! The only convenience this place serves, is the fact you can walk in and be seen that day instead of making an appt with your primary care and having to wait for a future appt...But at the rate they're going, it's not worth it. He yelled at me and called me a baby in front of a roomful of people! I sat there crying for 2 hours with this IV in my arm, shocked after such a horrible experience. Gave me 6 medications and didn't explain what they were for. Later I looked on internet: they are for pain relief and insomnia which I do not need. But he wouldn't let me return them.
