I asked her when they received word of this and she said just now, when I asked her for a specific date she said 9/6/15. That's OVER 2 WEEKS they didn't bother to contact me about this. Camille tried to send me to another urgent care because the billing department doesn't know how to bill my insurance. My insurance has received any bills from them to this day. So I asked Camille to email all my previous visit receipts along with doctor notes and she said no problem and before I left she said she sent the email. It's now Wednesday and I have no email from her. So I called and spoke with her and she said someone told her it would just be easier to mail me the documents. She didn't bother to call and let me know they would be mailed rather than emailed. I asked her to email me still since that is what I discussed with her initially and want her to follow through. Guess what? Still haven't received that email from her.
