My son was sick and I called 4 other urgent care clinics. None of them took his insurance. 1st Class Urgent Care did. We were checked in and seen and leaving the office all within an hour. The staff was great. Very friendly and professional. And the doctor seemed to actually care about my son as a patient. As a parent with CHIPS for insurance I have found most doctors that take that insurance don't care for their patients like they do if they had commercial insurance. So it was very refreshing. I would recommend this clinic.
