Claims of the small employer health tax credit have continued to be lower than thought eligible by government agency and small business group estimates, limiting the effect of the credit on expanding health insurance coverage through small employers. In 2012, GAO reported that selected estimates of the number of employers eligible ranged from about 1.4 million to 4 million. We brought our entire family on the weekend to do the travel immunizations. As a charity, we rely on the help of donations from people like you, so a huge thank you for your support. Not only did I not get billed by Dr. Timothy Kruse and his office 8 months after my appointment, but they tried to sneak it past my insurance company so that I would pay in full. They said it was processed by my insurance company, although it was never submitted. And they billed me a very arbitrary sum that so happened to be JUST below my insurance threshold so it would not be covered or eligible for a discount. That is sketchy and taking advantage of their patients. And my patience. My neck, shoulders, and back were a hot mess and I found Take Care just in time. Since March of 2014, I exercise indoors five days every week for about 45 minutes each day. The exercise schedule is running on a treadmill after warming up on a cross-trainer machine for a total of 4.25 miles.
