I just know I'm s'posed to give it to you... Strike two. NOT reassuring at all... It made me start wondering things like 'OMG does she even know how to administer a shot? Will she know to take the air bubbles out of the syringe before she gives it? What if I die from those air bubbles getting in my blood stream?! What if she gives it in the wrong place?! She doesn't even know what the name is!!!!!'. So as you can tell... I was super uncomfortable laying there with those awful thoughts while I endured my unknown shot. After that segment... they collected my card for payment, and then left without a word. Bad quality of care and awful clinical practice skills.
