After afew minutes my daughter said that her ear is hurting, so we took a short break, thinking it was just uncomfortable. When the medical assistant retried to finish her second ear, my daughter's ear started to hurt again. The medical assistant suddenly said that her earwax was completely gone. Then the physician assistant came in and told here is nowhere near completion and to finish up the job. She started the procedure again, but my daughter started crying from the pain, so we decided to stop the procedure. When we got home, my daughter told me that her ear is really hurting and she can not hear well. So I thought it was just because of the earwax removal procedure and that she would be alright the next day. So I gave here two aleves. The next day she was still complaining of her ear, so I setup an appointment with an ENT physician for two days later. I took my daughter to the ENT doctor in Renton two days later, to find out that the medical assistant from Immediate clinic had perforated one of her ear drums and that was the reason why one of her ears just kept on hurting. The doctor said that since she is young, it will probably heal on its own and setup a followup for January of 2014. I was so mad when I heard this. I was mad of myself for taking my daughter to a urgent care. I will never take any of my family members so an urgent care ever again. They are subpar physicians there(in this case just a physician assistant) that try to stick you with all kinds of procedures to make extra money off of you, and sadly they are not even capable of performing those procedures, really sick.
