Just want to add that the website boasts a flat screen in each exam room. They're 17 inches and it's not clear how to turn them on and no one encourages you to use it, even though you'll be waiting an additional 20 minutes in there before the doctor comes in. They keep the waiting room empty, and put people in the MANY exam rooms to wait until the one or two docs on staff can cycle through them.
