I was seen in about 15 mins. The nurse was helpful and courteous. The exam room was very clean. The doctor was empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient. My wound was thoroughly and patiently cleaned. I received stitches and antibiotics via prescription. I returned 2 times prior to stitches removal for a wound closure and infection exam. The stitches were removed in about 2 weeks. All my visits were identical, minimal wait, great doctors, super clean facilities, and no infections occurred in the wound. Best of all I had no out of pocket expense due to my insurance. I have been in bed sick the past two days and today is now Tuesday morning and I went to get it read. They tell me that I HAVE to redo the test because I waited too long and then told me that it had to be done within 48-72 hours. I explained to them that the nurse did not tell me that it had to be read or I would have to redo it. Don't you think that if I knew that I would have drug my sick butt out of bed to get it read rather that paying another $25?? But they did not care. They want their money and want to make me pay ANOTHER $25 because their nurse is incompetent. The least they could have done was apologize for the misunderstanding and redo the test at their expense considering they are the ones that did not explain it properly. The nurse barely knew what she was doing to begin with. She had to ask someone for answers. Poor customer service. I would never recommend this place for a TB test let alone any other ailment.
