If they had problems listing all the meds out and me keeping the Ambien, why didn't they just let me know (before I came to the clinic to pick up the letter) that I needed to bring it back? I was more than willing and ended up doing so. The doc, when I picked up the letter was a different doc and just as defensive as the receptionists that I spoke with on the phone. After being in two different large nursing facilities, my father who had very strong dementia came here. The most obvious benefit right off hand was the extra level of care and attention one gets when there are only 5/6 residents in a smaller space.
