My comment is this: I came to see a doctor Saturday morning 10/17 with a sinus infection. I was prescribed a z pack. It was clear after the third day this was not working. I called 3 times today, and was told every time that someone would call me back. No one EVER called me back. This started this morning at around 10:00am. This last time that I called, I was put in hold for 6-10 minutes and then the operator came back on and said that since 48 hours had passed, I was now going to drive back downtown and spend another 40.00 to perhaps get a prescription that may actually work. I wonder. aside from an allergic reaction, would it not take at least 72 hours to find out if the Z Pak was working at all ? It's just frustrating - I would have been fine with coming back in, IF SOMEONE (like the dr on staff) would have just called me back and explained it to me. Having an operator -probably in some other state entirely- have to tell me that basically makes me feel as though they seriously really don't care about me or my health at all. They have my money, so now just go away. I would have appreciated a phone call. And while we're at it, be warned: there is no sign up in front of the clinic or a plaque in the door stating that parking directly in front of the clinic is a tow away zone.
